I had such a great experience as usual with Windy City Limousine Service! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding—they kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. The driver Adam, was Top Notch professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Loved his New Escapade it was spotless, comfortable, Super Luxury and exactly what I hoped for. I couldn’t have asked for better service . Highly recommend!

I have had many lovely experiences with Windy City Limo over the years but last weekend our driver, Maribel, truly went above and beyond for my clients. As a wedding planner, I know I can always count on Windy City to show up on time and be prepared with their trip information. Maribel arrived early for her route and checked in with me prior to loading up guests. She confirmed the plan she had on her end and asked is she could assist me with anything. She helped the bridesmaids unload bouquets, garment bags, etc. and cleaned up at the end of her route to make sure no personal items were left behind before leaving for the night. She was kind and responsive, and consistent with communication throughout the day and I really appreciated her professionalism. I hope I get to work with her again in the future!

Our driver Jasmine was phenomenal! We had a huge group for my wife's 40th with multiple stops, we got delayed on the way home by a pile-up, and Jasmine was prompt, professional, and safe. She had a great attitude.
