Huge hotel with a convenient location and great service. The hotel rooms were spacious, with hygienic bathroom supplies. The hotel supplies each room with two bottles of water every day. Some of the rooms are equipped with streaming services like Netflix and Disney Plus.

i liked how spacious the room was and how close it was to some spots i had on my itinerary. great that it had a parking garage. one thing that was a little irritating was the check in process cause i was told to sit at some couches and wait, due to my lack of japanese i didnt know how long i wouldve had to wait but thankfully it wasnt that long. i was just confused of the whole process but it still went smoothly. i would come back again.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at the hotel. We are thankful for the friendly staff that helps even on bring the stroller up on the lobby from the outside. I would suggest to offer an extra bigger pillow in case needed. The staff gave us a pillow for baby. Overall, we like the hotel very much. It is near to the Sakae and Nagoya Station.
