We had Zaur for our driver, booked a 12 person Sprinter Limo, and everything was just absolutely perfect. Booking was smooth, the contract/wording was some of the best I saw when comparing other services, price was reasonable. (I couldn’t believe the amount of typos and lack of attention to detail with other companies).
We were picked up on time, made it to all of our destinations 5-10 minutes early, and even got home ~20 minutes early. Granted, we are meticulous planners and made sure we had plenty of buffer time to get between stops given how unpredictable Denver traffic can be. We’d let Zaur know when we planned on being done at each stop, give him a 5-10 minute heads up via text, then call him as we were walking out. I don’t think we waited more than a minute or two before seeing the Sprinter round the corner.
