No communication whatsoever. I emailed 4 days prior just to confirm the reservation, no response. Again emailed 2 days prior with no response. Later that day after the second email I called and he did answer but sounded like a scam call center in the background. He said it was a zoom call and if he could call me back. Never called back. So having no idea if it was all a scam or not I booked another service. I called him after receiving a text the day of about 30 min prior to pick up, I mistakenly responded thinking it was the new company I booked. Once I realized this I called and he claimed they were not supposed to be there yet, which I knew, and he insisted that because I responded to the text 30min prior that his communication was perfect. Needless to say we felt more comfortable going with the other company.
With that said I come to find out he is keeping my money and NOT paying the driver and owner of the limo for the service. I would never book through them again and would advise everyone else to do the same.
Side note, I did get fraudulent charges on my card shortly after booking with them, didn’t think anything of it till there was no communication. I can’t say it is related but it all seems like too much of a coincidence. I can’t think of another time I ever left a bad review before but when you are keeping the money and not paying the people doing the work, it’s too messed up and don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.
