Horrible customer service.. they’re so unprofessional… I had an appointment to get help filing for divorce early April at 9 am they called me an hour before to cancel because the lady who was going to help me had a “doctors appointment” went to file a form and was supposed to get a call back and never got it.. I called back again last week they told me she was going to call me back because she was with a customer and again I never got a call back.. I called back this week to see if she could help me now, and they told me she wasn’t able to help me because she wasn’t going to be in office until May 6th… if you don’t want to help just say that.. stop waisting peoples time!!
