I hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend. Following up on your email, I wanted to let you know that Khaleesi was outstanding both as a tech and in his interactions with our client. We had the privilege of hosting Jim Craig, the 1980 Olympic gold medalist from the hockey team, on the second day of the event. He had some concerns due to audio issues at other venues, but Khaleesi was incredibly attentive to the necessary adjustments and earned praise from Jim Craig.
The our developemental day event that week was also a great success. Jerome and Russel (A1), Mark and Guy (cam), along with Mike and Nikki on lighting, ensured that our event was nothing short of excellent for our stakeholders. The lighting and camera synchronization were flawless, and the audio was perfect. This was one of our most memorable events, requiring a high level of execution to be fully appreciated by our audience. I sincerely thank you for providing such competent and respectful AV Techs.
