The cabin we stayed in was top notch. It was a switch from our original destination as we used credits from a Spring break that was planned in 2020. I really appreciated the flexibility and the fact that we were allowed to use our credits elsewhere!

First time renting a condo in the Keys we have always rented a house every year. Great location to people watch near the marina and nice and close to gas. Easy boat parking spot in water on private dock. Rooms were spacious. Couch doesn't open to sofa bed as advertised, but unit came with a rollaway which was all we needed. Bring your own propane. The key pickup location is tight especially towing a boat that was my biggest complaint and the unit had a pet smell when we first entered. I'm not an animal person, but I could smell something. We kept windows opened the whole time. The unit stayed nice and cool. They were nice enough to let us drop the boat at the dock first, just a pain to have to come back to get keys on a busy street and had to make another stop for parking passes at the Association near the condo. Would have been nice to get everything at the Association or near the marina rather than a separate rental office and an easier place to drop off the keys at check out. Rental office told us no parking passes needed. Had a warning on our cars. You NEED a parking permit displayed and a boat sticker from the Association as well. At the end it's a great unit. Had a nice time and it has great neighbors.
