We had plans to have a large wedding at a venue in the mountains. When COVID hit, we decided to scale back and have a wedding at my family’s lake house where my parents got married 32 years ago. Lyndsay at party time was super helpful and easy to work with. They used 3 20×20 high peak tents to create a beautiful large covering for the patio space we would use for the reception. We also rented lighting for the tents, chairs, linens, and farm tables from them. We were happy with the way it all turned out. It was absolutely beautiful. The team that installed the tents and dropped off the other rentals was very professional and kind. They wanted to ensure that I was happy with the way things turned out. Everything about the aesthetic of the day was above my expectations. They really helped my dream become a reality. I would definitely use them in the future for any parties or events. Party Time Rentals did all of my rentals for my wedding. Dan, Lyndsay, and Lauren were an absolute dream to work with. I had multiple tent companies come out to provide a quote for my dream back yard wedding on Lake Norman. Dan (Party Time Rentals Owner) was the only tent company who got back to me in a timely manner, listened to what I was envisioning, and went above and beyond to help me. I previously worked with another tent company for my bridal shower to supply tables and chairs and they left me with old tables with broken legs and filthy chairs I had to spend hours cleaning. Not Party Time! When they showed up for my wedding their entire crew was so professional and sweet and you can really tell they take care of their equipment. Working with Lyndsay and Lauren was a dream as well. They invited me to come down to the showroom to plan out my linens, rentals, etc. and really made me feel like one of their own. What a delightful customer experience with these folks! Lauren, Lyndsay, Poncho, and all the delivery guys were extrodinary. Weddings are stressful times and working with a family owned company and a staff who have been with them for 30+ years makes that aspect so comforting. Their fees were very competivite but I would have paid a premium to use this company!
