I rented tables and chairs from Charmed Party Rentals for my Friendsgiving, and I truly had a 10 out of 10 experience. What really stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. When the team delivered everything, we noticed a small issue with one of the tables. Before I could even stress or wonder what to do, they responded immediately. They were so prompt, understanding, and solution-driven as they resolved the issue quickly and ensured that everything was perfect for my event. That level of care is rare, and it meant so much to me, especially with Friendsgiving right around the corner.

I give it a five stars even though it was my first time renting with Charmed Party Rentals. Why? Good communication, my delivery was a day early with not extra charge (owner choice) which was lovely!! I didn’t have to worry about the delivery on “thanksgiving day”. I needed to keep the rentals an extra day. I texted them very late at night and got a response. Went to bed without having to reach out to them early that next day. Overall just a great experience. I would rent/ work with them again in the future.
