I just wanted to give you and your amazing team a quick shout out.
Your quick turn around when we were in a pinch really made an impact. The client really loved the grouping, esp the serpentine sofa.
I also wanted to share how impressed I was with your operation team. I honestly did not know what to expect from the three young gentlemen, but they were extremely professional.
They took the time to adjust the serpentine sofa when I thought it looked uneven and brushed the velour cover until I was happy with the results. They really made me feel like a VIP.
