I love this place!! I stayed back in October for my birthday and have been meaning to write a review for a while. The staff went so above and beyond. They made and left two different birthday cakes in my room – not only on the day of my birthday but the day after too!! The rooms were so beachy and clean. There are great food options onsite, and the beach/pool setup was perfect. I loved it so much. The fact that they went out of their way to really make me feel special meant so much to me! Thank you!

My wife and I chose to spend my birthday at the Andaz Miami Beach, and what truly stood out was the attention to detail—especially from Victor at the bar. As a Hyatt Globalist, I place a lot of value on genuine, thoughtful experiences. We’ve stayed at some of the best properties around the world and regularly travel to top Hyatt destinations, so my expectations are high.

I can honestly say this experience reminded me of a five-star stay we had in Sardinia—one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. What made this stay special wasn’t just the setting, but the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the experience they created. Victor has an incredible way of tailoring both cocktails and conversations, making you feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely taken care of. That’s real five-star service—it’s not just what you see, it’s what you experience and how you feel.

Like any hotel, there are always small things to refine, but Victor and his team truly elevated our stay and made my birthday feel special. He’s a game changer for the Andaz Miami Beach.

We spent Christmas at this hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided genuine, thoughtful service tailored to our needs. We were greeted with welcome drinks on arrival, and to our surprise, there was a welcome set of chocolates waiting in our room, which was a lovely personal touch.

The concierge team also stood out and they made sure we were well looked after, even taking the time to chat with us casually while we waited for our Uber rides, which made the stay feel warm and personable.

Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in Miami Beach, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel features an indoor pool with spacious seating and cabanas, great for downtime. It’s also very well connected and close to bus routes, just a few minutes from South Beach, and an easy ride to Downtown Miami.

There are several good restaurants nearby, and having a CVS grocery store right across the road was extremely convenient while travelling.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfort, and location. It’s definitely worth considering if you’re visiting Miami.
