This garage is a hidden gem for anyone going to the Heat Arena. Here's why I love it:
· Price: Incredibly affordable. $10 for 4 hours and $15 for 24 hours destroys the arena's $40+ pricing.
· Location: In a great spot. It's a quick 10-minute walk to the Kasaya arena entrance.
· Availability: I have always found a parking space, even when it's busy.
· Convenience: In-and-out access is included, which is very handy.
Stop driving in circles looking for a spot. Park here, enjoy the short walk, and save your money for the event itself

This is an amazing garage. It is much nicer, safer, and way more affordable than the other garages nearby. I love that they had security patrolling and how they work to keep it clean. If you are coming to this part of Miami, you want to park your car here.
