Definitely the safest place in Cebu. I feel just as safe walking around at 3am as I do at 3pm. There are several 24 hour restaurants here and lots of security. You can have a dental appointment, lunch, a walk and have a drink. Everything you need is here. I love living here!

Nice place and great location. The condominium was perfect spot and great place to stay because it is accessible to the mall and to Jollibee, Chow king, 7 eleven, bakery, pharmacy and etc. I recommend to everyone the IT Park is the best place to stay or do shopping.
