Amazing experience. Between the drag shows I've been to in Toronto, Canada and the various Manila bars and Boracay, The Hive Bar show was next level. We had such a great time, enjoyed the music, and were very impressed by the drag performances!!! Coming to Baguio, this drag bar was not on my radar initially, but should be on everyone's drag bucket list!

20/10! This bar had some of the most amazing performances I have seen in the Philippines. Way better than Manila drag! Even though there are only two tables when we go, the performers performed as if the bar was at full capacity! So amazing!

As a fan of drag, I find it meaningful that The Hive Bar exists in a predominantly conservative city like Baguio- one that is often tolerant of the LGBT community, if not fully accepting. Having experienced various drag shows both in Metro Manila and Baguio, The Hive Bar truly stands out for its sense of uniqueness.
Being there feels less like watching a tightly curated drag production and more like attending a live variety show. Unlike many drag venues in Metro Manila that lean heavily into polished personas and meticulous curation, The Hive Bar offers something refreshingly different. What the performers may lack in heavy curation, they more than make up for with heart, and connection with the audience.
