I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with SASL for a third time at my facility. They have always been professional and transparent in the services, communication and pricing. UPDATE: SASL continues to excel in Customer Service! After an insidious situation where an internal setting changed after 6 months, I reached out to SASL for help. Between a phone call and FaceTime, we were able to update a driver and solve the issue…and it was late on a Friday afternoon when it was time to call it a day! These people stand behind their products and they don’t leaving you hanging after it is installed. Thanks Chris and Brooks for being great at your jobs. I will continue to recommend you to anyone needing AV systems!
San Antonio Sound and Light has been awesome to work within updating our AV system at Highland Lakes United Methodist Church. Through several revisions and changes, they have always been attentive and understanding. They always return your calls and emails, and never consider a question "dumb".
