Hands down the BEST AV company in Las Vegas! Jeremy, Danny and their team were amazing. I was recommended to 2 other Control4 dealers in town to UPGRADE my defunct Crestron system over and I have no clue why I was told to go to the other companies from people I asked for recommendations?!? These 2 other companies who I won’t name had Horrible service, no call backs, sloppy looking technicians and tried to talk down other Control4 Automation Systems dealers in town during the consultation. After getting burned out on these Bigger companies I gave Elite A/V a shout originally through their Instagram page and was quickly replied to and a consultation was set up. I met with Jeremy & Danny and they walked me through the process of switching over systems and by the way they talked me through the process I knew this was the BEST Audio Video company in town. They set me up with Victor & Jake 2 of the in-house System Designers and as a Team came up with a quote that honestly shocked me at first but I was so confident in the way the company handled themselves and they explained that they have ways to remotely support my system and even signed me up for Parasol a 24/7 support team that could assist me day and night. I made the leap of faith and sign the proposal and made my deposit at our meeting in their showroom. Within a short time my products arrived and I was scheduled for the System Takeover. The whole process took about a week but when they finish I was absolutely floored! The work was amazing, it looked so clean the rack was perfect and Danny walked me through all the apps and got my wife and I all setup on Control4, OvrC, Luma and Clare. I’ve never seen a company like this. Now looking back I realize that I didn’t see the value upfront on such a large investment in my Home Automation and Video / Audio Matrix System but now that it’s installed I would have honestly paid a lot more upfront if I understood what I was getting. I am adding some more parts in the next few weeks and will always stay with Elite. Thank you guys so much for the Design and hard work.
