I've had incredible and fast warranty repair on two Lumix bodies that only cost for shipping to their Florida repair center. This is a repair center that Panasonic contracts with for retail customers (not US Pro users who work with a center in TX.) I have 2 Lumix cameras registered with full warranty on their website and am able to submit repair requests on their portal that provides a repair order number and shipping info. They respond immediately after receiving the camera and have taken only a day or two before returning it repaired. Both cameras had frustrating shutter button issues where pressing the button would not trigger the shutter. So grateful for their incredibly quick service and happy that I have a 3 year warranty on the bodies!

I was devastated when my favorite Carvin Combo X100 guitar amp fizzled out. I found Pro Audio on a whim and left a message requesting service. I was delighted when Allen Called me back a few days later. Long story short, I took in my cherished amp and Allen worked his magic on it. Will I recommend Pro Audio. Absolutely. Allen is a great guy, and turnaround was shorter than I expected. Thanks Pro Audio . I'm so pleased my favorite amp will keep me rockin.

This place was an absolute pleasure and took very good care of me. I had an issue with my Fryette Pitbull cl100 (some tube work/broken pot), I was quoted a great price and a great turnaround time so went ahead and had them work on it. About 2 weeks later got the call to come back and pickup the amp, they did a great job, I did ask about them if they had worked on a problem I had with the clean channel, they did not, but did everything in there power to help resolve that for me. After many phone calls (Thank you!), they finished same day and even hand delivered it after closing hours. I have not stopped recommending this place to all my friends and customers (I work at a local Guitar Store). Constant communication, fantastic customer service, and a very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to take care of me and will be here to get more stuff to be worked on in the future! Please support this place and keep them going for many years to come. Thanks again to everyone there!
