I got into a serious bind when another company ordered the wrong mount after I waited ten days for them to come to my house for an installation. After the mistake, they wanted me to wait another one to two weeks and clear an entire day for a new appointment, all while asking me to order a new mount by basically just guessing.
That is when I decided to call Innovative Audio and spoke with Dave. I had a 77” TV that I could not pick up myself without a U Haul or a truck, and Dave went above and beyond. He personally picked up my TV, ordered the correct mount, and even hid all the wires through the wall for the same price I was going to pay the other company.
I could not be happier with the service. I will be recommending Dave to others and will definitely be hiring him again for outdoor lighting and another TV installation in the future.

Dave was absolutely fantastic! Our store’s music system was very outdated, and he seamlessly installed a new HEOS system that’s compact yet powerful. He even went above and beyond by lending us his own device while we waited for ours to arrive! Throughout the process, he was efficient, professional, and kept us well-informed every step of the way.
