Lovely place for concerts and the acoustics are amazing. Everything is well maintained. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The musicians and everyone involved in the productions are some of the best in their professions. The music is remarkable. The Wild West Rodeo production was wonderful

Went on a Tuesday night to watch Mariachi Herencia de Mexico and was able to enter the venue an hour before the event started and was able to enter the auditorium 30 minutes before the concert. They even allowed us to enter the lobby a few minutes earlier than the scheduled 6:30pm time due to how cold the temperatures were outside, that was really nice of the Bass Hall employees!
They even had FWISD art gallery on the second floor and on the first floor they had a Christmas ornament shop with quite a few bars on each floor.
Public restrooms are located on the basement floor and they were kept really clean and paper towels were high end! They were soft and kept your hands dried.
Parking was right across on Calhoun St. and was able to get free parking after 6:00pm, keep the ticket and present at booth when leaving.

I grew up going to Bass Hall and it's always had a special place in my heart. So when I found out you could have a wedding here, I jumped at the chance! We had such an incredible experience working with the team, especially Remelee, who went above and beyond to ensure we could tour the venue on short notice and walked us through the entire process from booking to the big day. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the Bass Hall team who were prepared, professional, and kind during every step of the process. I would highly recommend attending or hosting any event here!
