Pretty cool museum. Has quite a lot of eclectic things in here as well related to surgical science and has a variety of small exhibits inside as well. I enjoyed getting to walk through and they have a pretty decent student discount available too.
It was pretty dusty on the second floor when I went so if you are sensitive to dust then be careful – I was sneezing and my eyes were tearing up quite a lot.

A smaller museum, but the exhibits and information are we'll done. Perhaps a bit expensive for the small size. I liked the vintage posters, and the dioramas showing the way surgery was once taught in med school. The library and pharmacy were nifty too.

It's an amazing museum that documents surgical sciences throughout the ages with highlighted exhibits as well. For the size of the museum, $25 is a little steep, so see if you are eligible for any of their discounts before you come.
We visited in September on a warm day and there was air conditioning in most of the rooms. The museum is in a converted town home or club with marble floors and staircases.
The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a fun gift shop on the first floor.
