We stayed here for my partner’s birthday and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location by the harbour, making it easy to get around and explore Bristol. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well presented, and we were greeted with macarons, a chocolate birthday message on a plate, and a handwritten birthday card — such a thoughtful and lovely touch.
The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It really added to a special birthday weekend and made our trip even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

As an independent travel agent, I stayed in a deluxe queen room at the Bristol Hotel for a work Christmas party and couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The added chair with footstool was a lovely touch for relaxing, and the bathroom was spotless. The shower was powerful and refreshing too.
Parking was easy and next door to the hotel, which made arrival stress-free. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The Christmas party itself was fantastic – the food was absolutely amazing and the entertainment was ideal for the occasion. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive with a great variety including muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, and a full fry-up. A brilliant stay from start to finish, and one I would happily recommend to clients as well as return to myself.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are so professional and warm. Ambience is very relaxing. Rooms are pristine. Location great for central stuff. Decor in the lobby and bar is very inviting and comfortable. They definitely set a high standard of service. Made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
