Five stars, without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment travel chaos hit (hello, cancelled flight), the staff at the Westin Downtown Buffalo handled everything with grace, empathy, and genuine problem-solving skills. Instead of stress, we were met with understanding and a seamless solution that allowed us to stay an extra night—no scrambling, no attitude, just excellent hospitality.

The rooms were spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want after a long travel day. The beds lived up to the Westin reputation, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt calm, polished, and welcoming.

Patina 250 deserves its own shout-out. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff there were just as wonderful as the hotel team—attentive, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. Great energy, great service, and a perfect spot to unwind without ever leaving the building.

One tiny nitpick: the rain shower head. I know they’re trendy, but nobody wants water trickling on their head after a long day. That said—this is such a minor issue it’s not even close to affecting the rating.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and truly outstanding staff make this Westin a standout. I’d absolutely stay here again—and hopefully next time without a flight cancellation just to test their flexibility (though it’s nice to know they’ve mastered that too).

My friends and I had a great stay at the Westin Buffalo. The girl at the check in was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was ready when we arrived early at 2pm.

Nice clean room , comfy bed, and great location downtown Buffalo. Breakfast from the cafe in the morning was great. Friendly staff there as well. Would definitely stay again when I return to Buffalo. Thank you Westin Buffalo team!
