Deep Water Winery provided a truly wonderful experience. We participated in both the mead tasting and the wine tasting, and each selection was refreshing, well-crafted, and enjoyable. The individual who guided us through the tasting was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, which added great value to the experience. It was not crowded during our visit, making it the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the evening at a comfortable pace. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing several bottles to take home. As visitors from Texas, discovering this winery during our time in South Carolina was an absolute treat. I highly recommend Deep Water Winery to anyone looking for quality wines and a welcoming atmosphere.

We came on a bachelorette trip and what a lovely experience! Clean, friendly, professional, plus southern hospitality paired with delicious wine = the best time ever! Thank you Alex for your knowledge and expertise. We truly enjoyed ourselves and we will be back!

During my visit, we stopped by the wine tasting and had an excellent time. It’s a small, local winery but also very busy.

The guide was helpful, fun and the wines were tasty! You also get a couple dogs to help make sure you’re eating all your crackers. You definitely get quite a few options and afterwards, we had time to purchase any bottles we tasted. We went into the vineyards to walk around and take pictures. I had the pleasure of meeting the local cows, ducks, and hens. It was really nice! Had no idea Charleston had their own vineyard. Def worth checking out (if not for the cows alone!!)
