We are currently staying at the hotel in celebration of my husbands birthday. We have stayed before and always have a great experience. The customer service is exemplary, and there is always a warm welcome here and today was no exception . The room is lovely and comfortable and there was a lovely note for husband’s birthday. Today our expectations were surpassed. We had an amazing meal in restaurant and a lovely bottle of champagne. When it was opened it went with a pop, and the lady opening spilled a little. This was noticed by the manager and he brought us an extra two glasses of champagne after our meal. This was above and beyond, and so well received by us. Very highly recommended xx

We’ve just had a lovely two night stay at this hotel and will definitely be back. Staff were very friendly and efficient and room was lovely, clean, comfortable and with all facilities we needed, various teas, coffee, hairdryer, robes, slippers, gorgeous toiletries …. . The shower is the best I have ever had! The bed was large and comfortable (on the softer side), big pillows ….

The room was a little warm, we couldn’t work the air conditioning and there was no bathroom fan so it got a little steamy! Luckily we had a little terrace on a flat roof, so opening the door sorted it.

The scaffolding and current building works are no issue.

Food and service second to none!
Xmas turkey dinner was exemplary. Chefs own cranberry sauce was the best I've tasted and the whole meal itself was delightful. Thanks in no small part to Mo Ashton and the lady at the welcome area. First class experience and thoroughly worth the surprisingly reasonable price! Thank you so much!
