Very helpful staff with great knowledge.
Game prices becoming more competitive too.
If you buy quite a few games an elite card is a must! Made my money back on one pre-order trade.
Every staff member i have dealt with nothing seems to be any trouble and have always answered/dealt with my queries.
Only downside is I would like to pay for my pre ordered game right away with either traded games or cash.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The shop layout isn't the best and signage could be better. The game selection is pretty good, stock most top titles and a few good niche ones also. I don't know what it is with game trying to become a merchandise seller but they need to do better with it. A wee bit of investment and this would be a great store.

Was interested on buyin a meta quest for my son and went to Game expecting to be abe to try one out .. was disappointed that they no longer have demos etc… I would be as well buying it on Amazon ! No point in going to Game anymore . Sad… Game used to he a thriving hub for gamers
