We were booked in for the spa discovery package & it was excellent value for money. They provide robes & towels & you are free to use the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & heated beds. The quietest time in the pool is between 12 & 3 when it's child free but all other times were fine. I visited on a Tuesday & Thursday. Lunch was included & it was excellent, there was a choice of soups, 3 mains to pick from, chocolate mousse & a glass of prosecco. As the driver I could swap the prosecco for 0% nosecco which was lovely.
On the Tuesday I had a spa treatment & that area is very relaxing. All the staff from the pool, the spa & restaurant are very helpful & service was excellent. We've vowed to treat ourselves to a trip to the Westerwood once a month

We attended a spa day receiving 2 x 25 minute treatments, pool/sauna access and 3 course lunch.
Julie was absolutely fabulous with the full body salt rub and back, neck and shoulders massage. She made me feel brand new!
The lunch was tasty and filling.
The service of all staff was exceptional. We were warmly met at each reception, first to direct us to the spa and then to welcome us at the spa for our day. One of our party felt a little faint and we were very well looked after by the staff, both the masseuse and Helen checked in to make sure she felt well.
I would definitely recommend as the deal was good value.

This was a overnight with my friend for my Birthday 🎂 we were welcome at the door arrived at 2.30pm, went to reception again a warm welcome. The receptionist was very nice told us about the spa,ect directions to the room was well explained, Room was spotless nice view. Got changed n went down to spa , sauna ,steam room was really nice. N the jacuzzi, n heated sun loungers were great to relax in, pool was also good, changed then bk down for dinner , n a few drinks 🍸, had a lovely night , booked in for breakfast, buffet/ cooked breakfast also included. Full pot of coffee n tea, each, help your self to anything and a cooked breakfast, best breakfast ive had in a hotel for a long time ,for only £9 each ,we were welcome to stay and use the spa when we booked out , unfortunately couldn't stay, but would like to thank the staff. For being so welcoming and kind.many thanks I will be bk ☺️
