We just spent four nights at Napa River Inn at the Historic Napa Mill for an incredible week of wine tasting and girls’ trip fun, and it was such a wonderful stay from start to finish.
Not long after booking, my good friend reached out to the concierge with a few questions, and the help we received truly elevated the whole trip. She was responsive, thorough, and even recommended a local designated driving company—an absolute game-changer that made the entire experience easier and more enjoyable.
When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to balcony rooms, and the view was fantastic. Mine overlooked the Napa River. The rooms themselves felt modern, well maintained, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after long days out exploring Napa.
I had one concern during the stay and called the front desk. They handled it immediately and professionally. By the time we returned later that day, my room had been recleaned and the repair was already completed. That level of care and follow-through really stood out.
Rosie, the concierge, checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. She was genuinely warm and welcoming (as was the entire staff) and made sure we didn’t need anything else.
A huge bonus was having Sweetie Pies Bakery and Celadon right there. We absolutely fell in love with both. Each morning at Sweetie Pies we were greeted so kindly, and I really appreciated that they had allergen-friendly options. The ambiance is also just the cutest. And after full days visiting wineries and exploring downtown, it was such a treat to unwind with dinner at Celadon.
Overall, this was a very pleasant, comfortable, and memorable stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning.
