This review is just based on our over the phone experience with Bree. Bree was AMAZING at giving me the needed information with a great attitude and any needed explanation needed. She really impressed! I have bowled here as well as attended many a party here for over 30 years so yeah, it’s older, and sometimes the customer service is lacking at the desk, but not today! We plan on enjoying my son’s birthday here and thanks to Bree, look very forward to it! After having a terrible experience with Comcast customer service just an hour before, Bree revived my belief that there are still people who care about their customers. Thanks Bree! You rocked!

Avg bowling alley with relatively cheap eats and bowling. Bar was closed for a private party which was incredibly irritating, especially on a weekend. Food and drinks are cash only. Lanes can be finicky and need to be reset sometimes. Overall had fun for 2 games with friends.

They scheduled a new associate by herself. I felt bad for her. The party organizer was doing her best to help her. They definitely need a new system poor employee was figuring change out with a calculator. Food bar only except cash. They lost a lot of orders because of it. Our party ended up going to a restaurant and spent nearly $200 which they would have received if they excepted other forms of payments. We wanted to bowl more but everyone was hungry. The poor associate was having a hard enough time without playing ATM as well.
