I attended the G3, Water regs, and Heat pump course and must say it is the best training I have experienced with regards to support and wanting you to pass. I was lucky to have the trainers Stephen and Andy who have gone out of their way to find out what matters most in our industry, and what are engineers struggling with, to know what they need to elaborate on, delivering a full intensive course that makes you feel truly competent at the end of it.
I'm very impressed. Not everyone is built for teaching and do it as job for money. These guys have passion, knowledge, and that is what you walk away with.
As a plumbing and heating engineer/sole trader these courses have opened my eyes up to so much. Things I have seen before, but never learned the underlying factors on how important these are.
Especially being liable in court to things a lot of plumbers are unaware of, that could land them in prison for contaminating water supplies and so on. It's great knowledge to have knowing you can do your job safely as we do work on peoples drinking water systems. Well worth it.
I didn't have to pay full price and got a substantial discount by having multiple courses. This was much appreciated. Sarah in the office was very helpful and thorough, along with the men and women at the front desk/canteen serving all of us nut cases. It must be frustrating dealing with random new people every couple of days. All in all a great institute.
