the BEST customer service ! Seriously this staff is what I’d call irreplaceable-they know the city super well and they are truly so welcoming, friendly, and passionate about hospitality. Sherry and Valerie were angels who demonstrate the true Hilton standard of excellent customer service. ☺️The ladies at the front are special because they make it a personable interaction every time and remembered our names, where we were from, asked us how we enjoyed the activities we had planned etc. That kind of service can be hard to come by these days!

Erin & the other servers were also very helpful and efficient. I can’t wait to come back. Food was also delicious for breakfast and tasted fresh .

Room was perfect- updated bathroom with rainfalll shower head and marble flooring. Very good AC/heating + wonderful window views of Montpelier.
Housekeeping was reliable and assisted us with how to get to our room at checkin. Overall, 10/10 for the whole experience🙌🙌

Very beautiful fully renovated cozy hotel in perfect central location. Bedding highest quality I came across in Hiltons ever. It’s a historical building so rooms might seem not standardly specious as in the chain hotels. But it brings to the atmosphere a lot of charm.

We got caught in the snow and couldn't make the drive to Boston to our hotel we previously booked. So we chose this hotel since it had a restaurant and was close to other parts of the city. I had probably one of the best porkchops here and would stay here again. Bartender was really nice too.
