I've attended several events here — always a delight!

This time I got to be on the coordination side of things and guess what?!? It was an equally delightful experience!!! I assisted with coordination for a non-profit event, so (if you know about non-profit operations) there were "many cooks in the kitchen" which is great but can also lead to delays in communication or not knowing who to go to for what, etc., etc. — but Katie and Tommie stayed on top of every detail, ensuring everything was smooth, easy, and dazzling.

It was our inaugural awards luncheon, so we wanted to make it special, and the entire Will Rogers Theatre Special Event Venue Team ensured that at every opportunity! I can't say enough about how wonderfully seamless they made everything feel. Not only is this an absolutely stunning venue, but the team they've assembled is equally top-notch! (standing ovation) Bravo!

If I could rate Will Rogers Theatre Special Event Venue higher I would. Katie, Tommie, and the entire Will Rogers Theatre team created an unbelievable wedding night for me, my wife, and our loved ones. The venue itself is beautiful, with Katie and her team somehow making it look more magnificent on our wedding day. But, more eye-popping than the venue itself, and the incredible food, was the attentiveness, attention to detail, dedication, and care that Katie and her team displayed. Whatever we needed they were there on a moments notice. They made us feel so special on our big day. Our night could not have been more perfect. We feel so lucky to have had our wedding at such an amazing venue, staffed with such nice, caring and gracious individuals.

We hosted a holiday concert fundraising event at Will Rogers Theatre, and it was magical! Katie and Tommie made the planning so easy, and everything went off as planned! The food was delicious, and the staff was amazing! We'll definitely work with them again!
