The fried green tomatoes are served with pimento and hot pepper and bacon jam. My favorite way to eat the chicken and waffles is to pour the syrup over the waffles, stack the chicken on that, and pour the hot sauce on the fried chicken. The waffles are crispy outside and tender inside. The chicken is juicy with thick, crispy, well seasoned fried batter exterior. The Roaming Bear porter is well balanced and deliciously dry. The service is friendly, quick, and attentive.

Old Black Bear Brewing was recommended to me by coworkers who live here while I was in Madison for work. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I got the burger with peanut butter, spicy bacon jam and fresh sliced jalapeños. Absolutely delicious and hits every craving for a great burger. Their vodka was great as well. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions and I was not disappointed at all. Would one hundred percent recommend coming here for an excellent and creative burger.

The best classic buffalo wings in town. Crispy, juicy, saucey, well seasoned, and the right level of heat. You'll be sniffling a little before it's over. And the fries are crispy. I split the flavors and got lemon pepper too. Really good.
