The owners are very friendly, professional, helpful, and provide outstanding service. My favorite smoke shop in Rochester. Because it's the best smoke shop in Rochester.They do something a lot of businesses don't do any more, and treat their customers like they are happy they are there. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!

Everytime I come in this store it's so clean, smells so good and they have the best incense. The gentlemen who work here are so kind, helpful and attentive. I appreciate their warm heartedness whenever I come into this store.
