I visited recently to celebrate my sister and nephews birthdays. I booked the hotel then contacted them to arrange some spa treatments. The booking was smooth and they contacted me quickly to arrange the spa times. I had to change the arrangements at the last minute which they did really efficiently. On arrival the staff couldn't do enough, especially Joanne, who made us feel really welcome. We are in the bar on the first evening and the fish and chips were delicious. Again all the bar staff and servers were really friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
I enjoyed using the spa and leisure and although it's fairly small it was very relaxing.
There girl serving in the breakfast restaurant, sorry I didn't get her name was also really helpful and super efficient. The second morning everyone came for breakfast at the same time but she did a brilliant job keeping things running smoothly.
We had a really nice stay at the Grange and I definitely want to return. Big thanks to all of the staff

Just spent a 3 night mini break at the grange. First time in hotel and first time to grange over sands.
What a find!!!
The hotel is immaculately decorated and furnished. The staff are amazing. All of them are so friendly and helpful.
Everyone working here seems genuinely happy to be there and to be of help to give their guests a great time.
A soon as we get home, we're going to book another stay in 2 months.
A big thank you to the reception for sortng out the car charging too.

From the moment we walked in everything was perfect, the receptionists (Sharon, sorry we didn't get the name of the other lady) were very friendly and helpful, they even laughed at my husbands jokes.
The room was fantastic, very spacious and a really comfortable bed.
Bar staff could not do enough for you, even fighting over who was going to make my cocktail.
The spa was good, sauna and steam room were small, but great if you don't want to share with strangers.
Food was lovely and again staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great, a good selection of foods.
It is a beautifully restored hotel, definitely recommend.
