My partner and I have come to the arcade once every couple of weeks, visiting the cafe too. We have never had a bad experience in the arcade, however our most recent visit to the cafe for some lunch let down that enthusiasm and enjoyment we’d found. My partner was very disappointed to be condescended to by an abrupt, abrasive member of staff there for asking a simple question about their breakfasts. I tipped them on my first visit, now will likely not frequent the cafe atleast again… I’ve seen plenty of reviews about the same issue, and it’s honestly disappointing to feel like it’s never addressed and like they don’t care.

Ordered a chicken burger and chips and a banana milkshake. The chicken burger arrived on a bun larger than the small chicken inside. No butter at all and was dryer than my grans lady parts. The chicken its self was ok. The chips were horrible dry and no taste at all was like eating mud (but that tastes better). The Banana milkshake (large) arrived in a small paper cup. Was basically 2% milk and 98% syrup in the cup. Will be bouncing off the roof tonight when the sugar kicks in just like Tigger.
