We booked a house on Lake Kampeska and the whole family enjoyed the area/ vacation. We will definitely go back next year. We rented a boat and spent one day out on the lake. We also spent evenings fishing from the dock. There are plenty of things do to around Watertown from zoo, water park, excellent movie theater, great sushi, muesms (Terry Redlin) and many great restaurants. Very homey area with friendly people.

It’s a beautiful lake with multiple places to access the water for boating or swimming. There are a handful of superb parks and beaches along its shores. And needless to say, if one wants to take jog or bike ride around it that’s highly enjoyable
