From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between a high-energy taproom and a laid-back local hangout. It’s industrial yet welcoming, capturing that authentic Florida grit that makes the brewery world-famous.
​The selection of unique beers is unparalleled. While everyone knows Jai Alai, the taproom-only releases and experimental pilot brews are where the magic really happens. Whether you’re into a deep, barrel-aged stout or a crisp, tropical sour, there is always something innovative to try.
​What truly elevates the visit, though, is the service. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable; they don’t just pour your drink, they can explain the flavor profiles, the brewing process, and help you find your new favorite pour with ease.
​The food menu is equally impressive and goes far beyond standard "bar snacks." Their Bavarian pretzels are massive, warm, and the perfect salty companion to a cold pint. If you’re looking for something more substantial, the sandwiches are top-tier—expertly crafted and packed with flavor. To round it all out, their fries are perfectly seasoned and consistently crispy.

Large scale brewery. Lots of beers on tap and take home. They fill crawlers and growers. Had 7 IPAs on tap when we visited. Private event rooms. Very nice esthetics. Didn't try any food but the menu was simple and looked worth trying next time.

Just around the corner from Tampa International Airport perfect spot for a great Refresher and Meal. Comfortable atmosphere in a warehouse setting but built out Restaurant feel with inside or out dining tables pleasantly spread out. Nice food portions and selections.
Also one of the few food spots in Tampa that still makes their burgers fresh (not the more commonly found frozen patties). Tonight’s plate included a classic Smashburger and side salad That is anything but basic.
Be sure to ask for Kayla shes the best!
