We were in town for work, and we got to see Seinfeld! This was amazing. Everyone we met in this place was so friendly. The bars downstairs in the basement, fast, reliable, and they make drinks pretty damn well. Not gonna lie, if I'm back in town and there's something going on at this venue… I will definitely go again. The seating in the balcony, amazing. It's not that high.

The Rock Orchestra was amazing! Absolutely loved them, their performance, the song choices, their outfits – everything! The venue, not so much.
Parking – minimal and disorganized. Doors opened at 7, got there to park at 7:30, and I had to drive 4 blocks away to park on the road.
Seating – don't even get me started on the seating. Atrociously cheap chairs crammed together as close as possible.
Sound system – the only speakers seemed to be in the front of the room? It gave off odd acoustics at some points and I feel this could be an easy fix.
Restrooms – fairly clean although downstairs. My disabled mother and all the overly intoxicated people had issues with the stairs.
And just to add – chill out on serving such large cups of alcohol for an event that lasts less than 2 hours. The amount of people that were sloppily drunk was kind of sad.

This is a pretty good venue, however it's not a very good place to see a concert, or anything presented on the stage, from the floor seats. Why, you ask? There's no slope to the floor – low at the front of the stage – with the elevation rising as you get to the back of the auditorium. A sloping floor gives every person sitting in the floor seats an open view of the entire stage. That's why concert venues have sloping floors. Every floor seat in this auditorium sits at the same level. This means a taller person sitting in front of you will block your view of part of the stage. For me to see Clint Black, I had to cock my head to the right and lean to the right slightly. Very uncomfortable. If you want a guaranteed, unblocked view of the entire stage, sit in the balcony.
