If you're looking for a brewery that checks all the boxes with great drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and a strong sense of community, AC/BC is the place to be! Honestly, it is one of my absolute favorites in Charlotte.

First off, their dog-friendly vibe is unmatched. In fact, Chewy named them the #2 most dog-friendly brewery in the United States in 2023, and it is easy to see why. They offer water bowls, treats, and a welcoming environment for pups, plus they regularly host events benefiting animal rescues. It is a spot where both you and your dog feel right at home.

AC/BC isn't just about beer either. Their menu is impressively diverse with ciders, kombucha, wine, NA options, and even gluten-free beers. Seasonal rotations keep things fresh so there's always something new to try. And if you're hungry, they having a standing food truck and Food Truck Fridays are a highlight featuring rotating food trucks, vendors, and live music that make for an unbeatable Friday night.

The ambiance is perfect for any occasion. I have been there solo, with friends, with big groups, and even for special events. They host trivia nights, yoga sessions, run clubs, and more, creating a space that feels like a true community hub.

And honestly, the cherry on top for me is that it is the closest brewery to home! Great drinks, great people, great vibes!

Fantastic beer, especially their award winning gluten-free Rum barrel-aged imperial stout, Remnant. We also had Bang-Bang IPA and Hell Yeah! gluten-free IPA, both of which were great. Friendly helpful staff and the owner was awesome. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
