If you've been to many restaurants up or down the Grand Strand, you've undoubtedly encountered New South's most excellent Dirty Myrtle IPA on draft…one of the best IPAs in the country. But there's so much more to New South than just that IPA. New South is a bit more "tucked away" than a couple other MB breweries, but WELL worth the journey! The evening we visited, Roddy was our server and expert brewer extraordinaire…and also provided a ton of good tips for restaurants and eating options across the MB area. He also helped us pick a few great beer choices to take home with us. They have occasional food trucks visiting the fun and funky premises, and the chow coming out of the pizza truck visiting the night we were there smelled and looked AMAZING. Bottom line, run don't walk to visit New South if you are a craft beer connoisseur…we will be back ourselves ASAP!

A super casual and fun place to grab a craft brew! It delivers an up close view of a working brewery! Service was wonderful and as a bonus surprise they raost coffee as well! First cup this morning was excellent!
