From the moment I moved into my office at Spaces, Jessica and Stephanie have been absolutely exceptional. They have gone above and beyond in every way — helping with the move-in process, answering calls from my company when needed, keeping me informed of anything important, and consistently making sure everything runs smoothly.
What truly stands out is their professionalism and warmth. They are attentive, proactive, and genuinely care about the businesses operating here. They make you feel supported, not just like a tenant.
The space itself is always clean, organized, and beautifully maintained, which reflects the pride they take in managing this location. Their friendliness and reliability have honestly been the best part of my experience here.
I would highly recommend this Spaces location to anyone looking for a professional, well-run office environment with an outstanding on-site team. Jessica and Stephanie set the standard for excellence.

I have been working out of this location for one year, and love it. Excellent location, and generally enough space (they have 2 large floors, booths, tables, etc) highly recommended.

I was verbally told one thing on the phone (a recorded line with Johanna Houston) and another thing in person with Stephanie Martin. I signed up a month in advance for mail services. I was told when I travel I could have my mail scanned (on a month to month need basis). I signed up. I was later told they will no longer offer this feature; then I was told I am required to pay the additional fee ($35) EVERY MONTH for 24 months. Then I was told I have to pay a mandatory $9 fee on TOP of the $135 mail collection fee. You charge to receive my mail and then make me pay $9 to receive my mail again. This was NOT part of the disclosure when signing up. Even though the service has not started I was told, they hope I would stay with the company and then told within 24 hours I cannot cancel even though service never started and there was no disclosure. This establishment should be looked into for fraud business practices. Their agreement says no class action suits can be filed against them. Should have been my second red flag after I ddin't pay attention to the worst google reviews for a virtual office in all of Fort Lauderdale.
