Lake Arlington Golf Course is probably one of the best public courses in the area, especially for the price. The only thing I’d say they lack is a driving range. Aside from that, the overall experience is great.
The course itself is well maintained, challenging, and extremely fun to play, with interesting holes and great use of the landscape. It really makes you think through your shots and can help improve your overall game.
One thing I really appreciated was the active ranger presence throughout the course. They do a great job ensuring pace of play, keeping groups moving, and helping maintain order.
The course conditions were solid, and the layout makes it one of the most enjoyable rounds I’ve played in a long time.
For the price, this is easily one of the best values you’ll find in the DFW area. I would definitely recommend this course and will continue coming back.

Incredible course for the price. Fun layout, risk vs reward shots are plentiful, and well kept greens, fairways, and tee boxes. I have played Lake Arlington for 20 years now, and I keep coming back.

Great layout for course. First thought it was weird to mot have bunkers then then the fairways were lined with trees and greens were well protected by slopes and undulating greens. Would and will play again.
