Very nice and so much fun to walk through this museum! Very interesting and immersive. I was impressed by everything including the very kind and helpful staff members. We went during the holidays so everything was so nicely decorated for Christmas when we walked in which was a nice touch.

I was pleasantly surprised at how large this museum was. Free admission, easy path to navigate, but again, significantly larger than I had expected haha. Tons of history, you could be here for hours.

Great place to go to learn the history of the area that is now West Virginia. Easy walk through the museum.
No admission cost to the museum or gift shop. Free parking on Saturdays in the lots on the complex.
You should also go by the Veterans Memorial near the museum.
