We went for Allerton Glow, but I want to go back for the Master Classes they offer, tours of the mansion, overnight stays, and to visit the Cafe and wander the grounds in spring

Very large park. Too much to see in one day. This was my second time and i saw things i didn't before. Stroll gardens, see the fudogs, look for hidden places, read signs about the history of the gardens, or just hike in the woods. SO many birds. Beautiful shade gardens as well, and hiking under the trees, so it's great when it's hot! The history is interesting. And, try going at sunset, but you can't linger— the park closes at sunset, but its a pretty place to SEE the sun set.

On November 2, 2025, my husband, my twin bother & sister-in-law visited the park. We walked on one of the beautiful trails and absolutely enjoyed every moment! It was a beautiful sunny day with a chill in the air. Perfect for a nice walk!
