I just spoke with Ms. Crystal regarding the application process and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She has been a tremendous help ti my Godmother since she moved in, and for that I am grateful. I look forward to this being my new home in the future.

I am very grateful for the, kind, and respectful way you manage the property. It has made my tenancy a truly positive experience.

So thankful to call The Preserve home for 15 years.

The large apartment, the grounds, pool area and clubhouse are all beautiful and well-maintained. From landscaping, to roof repairs, or paving the parking lots. Any maintenance issues in 15 years have been taken care of the same day or the next day depending on how late in the day I called. The two maintenance men are great. They are knowledgeable and I trust them in my home to complete repairs when I am not home.

Never once have I felt unsafe. My cars and property have never been bothered with, not one package has ever been taken off my doorstep, and I have never had a problem with neighbors.

The two ladies in the office are top-notch professionals, one of which has been the same property manager the entire time I've lived here. They go above and beyond what is expected from an apartment complex. They do things like holiday parties, holiday treats left on my door, and one time a couple years ago when I casually mentioned in conversation that I had quit smoking, the office manager congratulated me and offered to paint my apartment.

During the pandemic when my hair salon was closed, I delivered groceries to pay the bills. I saw how many apartment complexes in the area maintained their property and so many times I thought to myself how thankful I was to live at The Preserve. It has truly been a blessing to raise my kids here.
