​Our fine dining experience at M Dining + Bar M was truly exceptional. A perfect blend of sophisticated ambiance and culinary artistry.

​The meal began with the delightful Pako Salad featuring local kesong puti. The contrast between the fresh, slightly peppery fern tips, the creamy local cheese, and the light, bright dressing was a fantastic introduction. It was a beautifully executed, refreshing starter that celebrated Filipino flavors with fine dining finesse.

​Next, the pasta course was a highlight. We savored every forkful of the perfectly al dente noodles, dressed in a rich yet balanced sauce. The preparation clearly showcased the kitchen's mastery of Italian technique.

​The main event, the steak, was cooked to absolute perfection. Whether it was a tenderloin or a dry-aged ribeye, the meat was impeccably seared with a gorgeous crust, yet remained incredibly juicy and flavorful on the inside. It was truly a masterful execution of a fine dining classic.

My husband & I love M Dining! Fabulous food (the pissaladiere, tuna tartare, Ikura on brioche, shepherd's pie are our favourte starters. For main courses the nduja agnolotti, and the black cod.

The Bar is separated from the main dining room, but there windows so you can see it from the main dining area. We love the newly renovated interiors. It's unique because it is busy but it works! Love the floors! This all adds up to a fun but elegant ambience!
