Print machine doesn't accept debit/credit card/contactless. Don't even accept physical notes. Each time we've to go outside the library to get change (coins). Moreover, if your total bill is 20p or 50p, it won't give u back your remaining change as well !! 🦉
Quite pathetic! Wifi doesn't let u view/visit quite alot of websites, which are even normal company's website, u need to see to apply jobs, so we need to connect our mobile data with the laptop. Everything else is just fine.

I found the library quite big and colloidal and spacious. It was bustling which is actually a good thing. But it was too noisy and the toilets were not clean and too much smelly….

Library should be peaceful and quiet, so, that people can concentrate on their study or work. I have never seen a library like this. It's like a living-room in the home. The council should focus on this asap. Thanks!
