I spent 2 glorious nights at this hotel over the Labour Day weekend and I would have never left the room had I not required sustenance 😆 I was thrilled with my upgrade king suite with the soaker tub and the fantastic view of the city. When can I move in? Truthfully, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and in downtown Montreal in general. So much so that I've decided to go back at Christmas. The staff was fantastic. The hotel is gorgeous and clean and very creative. The location is perfect, easy access to so many restaurants, museums, art galleries and other fabulous hotels. Can't wait to get back!

Great rooms, currently no restaurant, but plenty of local options for eating. Minimal public areas available in hotel, no bar. Refurbishment of bistro in progress. Reception staff lackng charm, but room maids good. Also security deposit charged to card when in.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, AC is nice, however this place is not worth the price. You are clearly paying for the location itself more than anything. Keep in mind that we stayed in the "luxury king with fireplace" room.

No microwave so I had to throw away food every time we ate. Totally unacceptable when motel 6 has both a fridge and a microwave in their rooms. This is by far my biggest issue with the room. Just a cheap $60 microwave would have been fine. Rooms over $200 a night should not lack such a basic essential.

The breakfast was an extra $20 each which is insane and it was cold.

There is no privacy in the bathroom due to the weird design of wooden sliding doors that separate the room and bathroom so you will hear (and smell) everything anytime someone uses it.

The tvs are pretty dated no way to mirror your devices and only have basic cable.

The elevator is very frustrating. It is constantly bouncing between floors instead of utilizing both sides efficiency it seems. You get picked up on your floor which can be 4 away from the lobby, and it will instead go all the way up to the top and pick someone up, then slowly go back down and stop for multiple floors on the way instead of just dropping you off in the lobby before starting from the top again.

Beds were comfortable and clean no issues there. Overall I couldn't justify paying this amount here ever again.
