November 2025 Heard all about this library and finally got the chance to visit when I dropped off donations. The 3 storey building has been there since 2017 and a lot to offer all visitors including those not from Quezon City. With very generous operation times it is a testament of the city's commitment to social welfare.

It’s a good place to bring kids to, to see what a library is like.
Parking is like 3 buildings away so you leave your car there and walk to the public library building. Parking fee at the parking building is p30 for the first 3hrs then p10 for every succeeding hour.
Note also that there is a dress code – sleeveless shirts and shorts are not allowed.
Bags are not allowed inside the main area of the library but they will have you bring your important stuff with you (wallet, gadgets). There have a charging station, I believe p20 per hour. There are lots of tables with sockets where you can plug your laptop, charger, etc.
There is an information booth inside but there’s also a number of librarians stationed in all sections of the floors and they can help you if you have questions.
You must have a QC ID if you want to borrow books and bring it home.

The place is bright, clean, and surprisingly quiet – perfect for studying or just reading for fun.
