An unforgettable birthday dinner at Vista 18

I celebrated my birthday dinner at Vista 18, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt elegant yet welcoming — the perfect setting to share a special evening with my housemates.

We ordered the lamb shanks for my main course, and they were absolutely exceptional — tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt thoughtful and refined, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste.

What truly elevated the evening, though, was the service. Scott and Karla went above and beyond, adding an extra aura of warmth and care that made the night feel genuinely special. Their attention, kindness, and effortless hospitality turned a great dinner into an unforgettable memory.

Staying at Chateau Victoria I was told to have dinner at Vista 18……. Boy it did not disappoint!!
The table with a view over looking the inner bay of Victoria was spectacular. Scott our server was more than helpful, we asked for opinions on meals and wine and Scott nailed it on all accounts.
To finish the Meal off with spectacular deserts that were off the charts.
Will visit this Restaurant and Hotel again very soon
